All Fired Up (Japanese: ファイヤー！ポケモンリーグかいかいしき！ Fire! Pokémon League Opening Ceremony!) is episode 74 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on December 10, 1998 and in the United States on October 23, 1999.

On his arrival to the Indigo Plateau Conference, Ash receives the honour of helping to carry the flame of Moltres to the stadium. However, Team Rocket are set on stealing the flame.
