Deoxys (Japanese: デオキシス Deoxys) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Deoxys expansion.

Card text

Form Change フォルムチェンジ

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for another Deoxys and switch it with Deoxys. (Any cards attached to Deoxys, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

Barrier Attack バリアアタック 20

During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Deoxys by attacks is reduced by 30 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

Release information

This card was included in the EX Deoxys expansion, first released as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was distributed as an insert across several Shogakukan publications in July 2004: the Elementary School 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, and 5th Grade magazines.
