Cullen Calix (Japanese: ペニシリーナ Penicillina) is a minor character from Mewtwo Returns.

Cullen Calix
Calix is a Pokémon naturalist studying Mount Quena to do research about the lake and its medicinal properties. He is also a famous researcher and an expert on medicine. In the special, both he and Luna Carson help Ash, his friends and Mewtwo against Team Rocket. After the incident, he stayed with Luna.
He also knew Domino from the university, although he was left unaware of her affiliations with Team Rocket. When he learned her true affiliations, he questioned her story about being from the University, to which she confirms that it is true that she was, and implies that Team Rocket has agents everywhere.
