This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion, originating from the Black Collection. It was subsequently reprinted in the Battle Theme Deck: Victini, the Master Deck Build Box EX, and the Mewtwo vs Genesect Deck Kit in Japanese. It was later released in the English Legendary Treasures expansion.
