Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Clair in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Clair's Technical Machine 02.

Origin
The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Clair gives out TM24 (DragonBreath) in Generation II, and TM59 (Dragon Pulse) in Generation IV. Twister is a move in the Pokémon games, though it is not available as a TM.
