Baby Pokémon, or pre-evolutions, are Pokémon that evolve into a previously released Pokémon. They are the only non-legendary Pokémon in the No Eggs egg group, excepting Nidorina and Nidoqueen. This is likely due to the fact that, being baies, they aren't yet matured enough to have more baby Pokémon. The overwhelming majority of them evolve by Tameness.
