An appealing move that can be used repeatedly without boring the audience.

Bolt Strike (Japanese: らいげき Lightning Strike) is a damage-dealing Electric-type move introduced in Generation V. It is one of the signature moves of Zekrom.

Effect

Bolt Strike inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of paralyzing the target. It will double the power of Fusion Flare if Bolt Strike is used immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Flare, during that use.

Bolt Strike can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining an extra three appeal points if the move Charge was used in the prior turn.
