(Japanese: ロケット団ＶＳプラズマ団！（前編） Rocket-dan VS Plasma-dan! (Part 1)) is the 23rd episode of the Best Wishes series, and the 680th episode of the Pokémon anime.

This episode was originally scheduled to air in Japan on March 17, 2011, but it has been postponed, along with the original BW024, indefinitely because of the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. The English dub has also didn't air and it continued with Ash's battle with Burgh.

• This is the first episode to be skipped since the unaired episode of the Advanced Generation series back in 2004. The following episode was also skipped. All three episodes were put on hold because of an earthquake that hit Japan.
  • However, unlike the unaired AG episode, this two-parter is important to the overall storyline while the other was a stand-alone episode.
