 The answer is that Cresselia is now roaming Sinnoh, just like {{p|Mesprit}} did. If you haven't caught Mesprit, you'll find that there is no way to differentiate between the two roaming Pokémon on your Marking map. Catching Cresselia employs the same strategy as catching Mesprit:
-Cresselia can be at pretty much any route, and even at the Valley Windworks and Fuego Ironworks. When you change locations, she will instantly shift to another location. As with Mesprit, two of the best places to "wait" for her to show up are Route 205 and the Valley Windworks.
