Map description One of the lakes that is symbolic of the water-rich Sinnoh Region. There is an odd legend associated with it. It is possible to enter the cave underneath the lake from the island in the middle.

Pokémon world routes

Acuity Lakefront (Japanese: エイチ湖のほとり Eichi Lakefront) is an area in Sinnoh. It is located directly outside Lake Acuity, and connects Route 217 to Snowpoint City. Acuity Lakefront has the same Pokémon and music as Route 217. Despite being similar to Route 217, Eevee will not evolve into Glaceon here.

In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl

In Diamond, Pearl, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl, Acuity Lakefront's northern entrance is blocked by two Team Galactic Grunts until after the player beats Candice.

In Platinum, the entrance is elevated, requiring the player to defeat Candice in order to be able to use Rock Climb.

Trivia

• Acuity Lakefront is the only area in Platinum with a rocky wall that was not present in Diamond and Pearl.
• While the weather in this area is a hailstorm for most of the time, on January 1 and 12, February 27^Pt and 29, August 7, September 10, October 21, November 24, and December 23, Acuity Lakefront will have a light snow.
