The 2016 McDonald's promotional Pokémon toys were a set of toys distributed at McDonald's restaurants in Europe throughout 2016. Each toy came with one of twelve TCG cards from the McDonald's Collection 2016. Of all 16 available toys, only 12 had a corresponding TCG card.

Some Asian countries held promotions in 2018 with select toys from this set. No TCG cards were included in these promotions.

Promotions were held at different times depending upon country:

• Poland and the Czech Republic - starting August 19, 2016
• Spain - September 16 to October 20, 2016
• France - starting December 14, 2016
• Italy - December 2 to 29, 2016

Fennekin	Head moves when tail is rotated.
Shiny Magikarp*	Tail moves when using wheels.

Scraggy	Scraggy tries to hide by ducking into itself.
Jigglypuff	Eyes can roll around.
Togepi	Can spin like a top.
Dedenne	Tail position can be readjusted.
Meowth*	Tails and arms can be readjusted.
Eevee	Ears move when tail is rotated.
Piplup	Beak opens and closes when tail is pressed.
Snivy	Tail can be rotated, arms flail when wheel spins.
Squirtle*	Spits out water when button on back is pressed.
Psyduck*	Arms flail when tail is rotated.
