is a Pokémaniac-type glitch Pokémon found only in Pokémon Red and Blue.
can be found by doing Method #3 of the Mew glitch and using a Pokémon with a Special stat of 194, or via the Johto guard glitch with Cyndaquil. When traded to the Yellow version, it becomes a PPkMnp' '. Its cry is the sound that is played during the Poké Ball-shaking animation when the player is attempting to capture a Pokémon.
When its Pokédex entry is viewed, its cry, a chaotic glitch song, never ends and prevents the player from proceeding. This can be circumvented though. The player must have caught a Magneton or registered one as "seen" in their Pokédex, as 's identifier in the game's data is identical to Magneton's. However, its Pokédex entry won't come up when the player catches it this way.
