Dr. Kaminko

Dr. Kaminko is a crazy old scientist who lives in his run-down mansion in the region of Orre in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. He specializes in Pokémon-related inventions, the most important of which being the Kyogre boat that takes the player to Citadark Isle. His other inventions are somewhat pointless, although his assitant, Chobin, idolizes them.
