This card's Elemental Blast attack is similar to the attack of the same name possessed by Neo Genesis Lugia. The only real difference between the two is the 110-damage difference in base power.

Origin

Silver Sparkle's name references Lugia's status as the version mascot of Pokémon Silver. Elemental Blast is a reference to Lugia's role as the master of the legendary birds, requiring one energy each of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres's TCG types to use.
