Joshua (Japanese: ジョシュア Joshua) is a supporting character in Pokémon: Path to the Peak.
History
In The Club, Joshua witnessed Ava's difficulty adjusting to her new school and discreetly placed a Pokémon Club invitation on Ava's food tray. When meeting with Ava, Joshua taught her the basics of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, but because of her inexperience, Joshua managed to win easily.
The next day, he had another match against Ava, being defeated this time. After she managed to defeat all the members of the club, Joshua accepted her into the group. While celebrating, Ava met Celestine, and Joshua soon after explained to Ava who she was and about the upcoming Regional Championships.
Character
Joshua is the leader of the Pokémon Club at the new school that Ava joined. Joshua also has a catchphrase; "Challenge Accepted", which he says every time he meets a new person.
Deck
Joshua uses a 
-based deck focusing on Jolteon ex. The deck's strategy uses Super Scoop Up to return Jolteon ex to the hand, allowing Joshua to evolve multiple Eevee in a single turn for repeated use of Jolteon ex's Evolutionary Thunder Poké-Power. Dragonite δ is used to accelerate Energy cards using its Delta Charge Poké-Power.
Joshua refers to this deck as his "old deck", and as such, most cards within it are from the EX Series.
