In Japan, this card was available as an insert with the October 1998 issue of CoroCoro Comic. However, it was never released in English.
Trivia
The card text on the top right of the card border reads: "The 2nd Anniversary special jumbo card ".
The card text on the bottom of the card border features the CoroCoro logo and reads: "Monthly CoroCoro Comics: October issue supplement."
This card was released as a Jumbo card and was therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
