I'm curious why there are so many blanks in this list. The following figures are not listed; 39, 45, 66, 68, 70-75, 77-82, 86-88, and 90. I went through a bit of internet research and was unable to figure out any of these except 45 (which is Sandshrew and Sandslash). Were these just not released for some reason or are they just exceedingly rare?

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. I went an added a space for all the missing numbers for consistency's sake, although I am unsure how high the numbers go, so I didn't go beyond the last figure that was identified (93 Quilava and Typhlosion). I don't see why they would just skip numbers. I am sure they were made, but maybe not popular?
I would love to learn more information about these figures. Google searching isn't really getting me anywhere.....
