Ion Deluge (Japanese: プラズマシャワー Plasma Shower) is a non-damaging Electric-type move introduced in Generation VI.

Effect

For the remainder of the current turn, all Normal-type moves used by any Pokémon on the field become Electric-type moves. Normal-type status moves are also affected by Ion Deluge, causing them to trigger Lightningrod, Motor Drive or Volt Absorb instead of having their normal effect.

Description

Games Description
The user disperses electrically charged particles, which changes Normal-type moves to Electric-type moves.
