Trivia

The Great Encounters print erroneously credits Daisuke Ito as the illustrator, who illustrated the Japanese-exclusive DP-P Promotional card print. The correct illustrator is Nakaoka.

Origin

Flash Cannon is a move in the Pokémon games that Dialga can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond.
