3 stages
Is there any other move (except Swallow) capable of lowering stat by 3 stages? Because the text is that:
- +-1 - Nothing
- +2 - sharply
- +3 - drastically
- +6 - immensely (according to Wonder Launcher)
- -2 - harshly
- -3 - ? (Spit Up or Swallow after 3 Stockpiles, Gen IV beyond... probably the only two moves capable of lowering stat by 3 stages)
