Insomnia (Japanese: ふみん Insomnia) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Eleven Pokémon can have this ability.

Effect

In battle

Insomnia prevents Sleep. The move Worry Seed can change the target Pokémon's ability to Insomnia. If a Pokémon with Insomnia uses Rest, it will automatically fail.

Outside of battle

Insomnia has no effect outside of battle.
