Delaney (Japanese: ヤスジ Yasuji) was the character of the day in Outrageous Fortunes. His Japanese voice actor is 野島健児 Kenji Nojima.

Delaney

Delaney had a Poliwrath with an excellent running streak. Poliwhirl battled against him and his Pokémon. Apparently he was a little dim, because he readily agreed to hand over his Poliwrath to Jessie so she could rid it of "evil". Misty used her Corsola to rescue it. Misty's Poliwhirl then evolved into Politoed and together Poliwrath and Politoed defeated Team Rocket.
