His mannerisms, which include wiggling his hips as he walks, using あたし ''atashi'', the Japanese feminine version of ''I'', and admiring [[James]] dressed as [[Norman]] suggest that he may be homosexual. Whether this is the case or not, he is undeniably flamboyant, wearing an outfit similar in appearance to Cacturne. He also has a tendency to use select English words intermixed with his normal Japanese speech; for example, he calls Cacturne and Banette ''my buddies'' and tells May ''good morning''.
