Pawmo (Pokémon): Difference between revisions

Pawmo seems to be based on a {{wp|marmot}}, such as the {{wp|alpine marmot}} which can be found in the {{wp|Pyrenees}} mountain range of {{wp|Iberia}}. Pawmo's ability of discharging electricity from its paws may be inspired by {{wp|Defibrillation|defibrillator}}s, while  its {{t|Fighting}} type and its ability to learn {{m|Arm Thrust}} could be a grim reference to {{wp|Cardiopulmonary_resuscitation#Injuries|the potential injuries that result from CPR}}. The electric rodent design may come from tradition of creating a variant of Pokémon franchise main mascot, {{p|Pikachu}}, in every generation.
