+Eri is the mentor and a sort of mother figure of Team Star. When Team Star was created one year and a half prior to the beginning of the [[player character]]'s journey, she helped the other bosses train their Pokémon and acted as a mediator when arguments broke out. On the outside Eri appears aggressive and hardcore, but deep down she means no harm.
-Before arriving at the [[Caph Squad]]'s Base the player meets with Clive (Clavell) as usual. Continuing the path to the base, Clive is told to have had a battle with Eri, along with the player getting introduced to her. She is the only boss guarding outside her base's gate. A team star member named Carmen is later introduced. In a worried tone tells Eri to go back to the base taking charge of guarding the base instead, her being reluctant, goes inside while Carmen starts a battle with the player, after defeating Carmen, Cassiopeia communicates with the player. Once the player defeats Eri. A flashback is shown, a year and a half prior to the beginning of the player's journey. Similar to the other flashbacks, all of the [[Team Star]] bosses are present. Her role seems to be a mentor to the other bosses, helping them train along with their Pokémon. She apologized to her friends for going a little too far on training. The others reassured her, saying that they asked to go through the tough training and thanked her for it. Eri prioritizes her friends' health over her own, thinking of taking a run while her friends rest. To Eri, she feels like she can take on anything, even if she’s crying or tired, then reminisces about how they all got together to design their own badges. Looking at her own badge makes her feel strong, giving her all.  Despite her resilient exterior, she shows concern and care towards her team grunts and her fellow [[Team Star]] bosses.
+The reason why she joined the team in the first place is due to the other students at [[Naranja Academy]]{{sup/9|S}}/[[Uva Academy]]{{sup/9|V}} choosing Eri as the target of their harassment and bullying due to their jealousy after she had become the new class queen; Eri was deemed by her peers as a great trainer, very athletic, and pretty. Despite the cruel nature of the bullies, Eri shows her soft side by befriending the instigator of the rumors, Carmen. Carmen was the former queen of the class and started the rumors to reinstate her position, but was instead targeted next by the bullies.
-She is forced to give her badge to the player due to the code. She told the player even though they’re part of [[Operation Starfalls]], she can tell that the player isn’t a bad person through battling. Also mentioning that she can tell with the way the player’s Pokémon trust them by the look they had. She asked the player to give her a moment as this is a bit too much for her to take. Running away and yelling off screen.
-Afterwards Clive along with Carmen met with the player. Clive noticed and wanted to talk to Carmen on why she was on friendlier terms with Eri compared to the other grunts. She begins telling her part of her story. At first she used to hate Riri (Eri’s given nickname from Carmen). Carmen mentioned how amazing of a trainer she is, an athlete, and how pretty she was. Eri instantly became popular at [[Naranja Academy]]{{sup/9|S}}/[[Uva Academy]]{{sup/9|V}}. Carmen explains that she was the queen of the class before Eri did, but everyone liked her. That’s when Carmen and other classmates started picking on Eri, she admits that was a foolish thing to do. She mentioned that in the end, kids are kids, and once they’re tired of one thing, they go look for something new.  The other classmates then started picking on Carmen, bullying her instead.
-After all that happened, Eri still chose to help Carmen even though she was horrible to Eri. Eri told Carmen that she understood how hard it is to have no one on your side. Eri then invited Carmen to join [[Team Star]]. Clive empathizes with her. Carmen tells Clive and the player on how much joining Team Star benefited her that she had fun. Clive questioned why joining [[Team Star]] from Carmen was fun, adding that there were rumors of Team Star themselves also engaging in bullying. Carmen told Clive, after hearing her story, that he was wrong. To Carmen, [[Team Star]] changed her life. Pleading Clive and the player to not take their treasure away.
+When she is first encountered guarding the entrance to the [[Caph Squad]] base, she wants to fight the [[player character]] herself, but has to be convinced by Carmen to defend the squad from the inside. After being defeated, Eri admits she felt she could take on anything, no matter her mood, and says that looking at her own badge makes her feel strong.
 In addition to the Star Badge, Eri gives out {{TM|167|Close Combat}} after defeating her.
