Since some Pokémon can now learn Surf via level up with Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, the top line for trivia doesn't work anymore. Either scrap it or slightly adjust it? For example: "Until the release of Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, Surf was the only former HM move that no Pokémon could learn via leveling up."
