Well, finally got around to performing the deletion; apologies that I was uncertain as to how it should be handled a couple weeks ago when I removed it from the navigation template without doing anything else. As for the {{template|Did You Know}}, where one link to the page is found, should the line be removed outright (even though we don't seem to be using that template anymore), or should it be marked out somehow?
