:As for Sea Mauvile and the Scorched Slab being permanent, all of the main Mirage spots are permanent except for the islands, storm clouds and dimensional rifts. I caught the three Johto beasts and I can still travel to the Trackless Forest. Its only lost its red glimmer icon, nothing else. Also, the Mysterious rings still are the catalysis in which the event Pokémon appears even in the storm clouds/dimensional rifts.
