== Boost to Hidden Power and such? ==
I didn't see this in the article, but does a plates 20% boost apply to a Hidden Power of its type?
Or if a Pokémon has a ability like Pixilate, and it holds the pixie plate...Does it get the 20% boost to example quick attack which is normal, but becomes fairy with a 30% boost thanks to pixilate?
