I saw somewhere that O-Powers level up from the first level with 15 uses, and the second with 30. I just got the hatching power while I still have to pay 50 000 for the mega stone (minimum price is 10 000 so my style is not maxed out). I'm going to alter the description from "maximum style" to "high style", but are we sure style matters at all?
