To answer my own question, it seems not to count pokemon in Black Tower (so I would assume White Treehollow as well). I Have beaten the entire tower, and I don't have some of the Pokemon I fought listed (namely, Articuno) in my Pokedex.--[[User:Chris Broach|Chris Broach]] ([[User talk:Chris Broach|talk]]) 22:24, 6 November 2012 (UTC) | |||
