::::Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot to mention Japng Editor. Drag the converted files to the program, try to set the fps as close as possible to the original games (for example, I used between 35~40 fps for the BW moves I animated), let the preview show you if the speed and frames are okay, select "skip first frame" and copy a frame from the middle of the batch (one that shows the Pokémon using the move, for those browsers that do not support APNG), and there you go. I'd recommend grabbing one of my animations if you're unsure how or what to do. After you use Japng Editor, use APNG Optimizer to reduce the filesize of the file.
