::Alright. And if I was to say, trade a Pokemon I caught in Gen I forward to Gen II, is there a chance of it being Shiny?--Darknesslover5000 (talk) 21:12, 26 May 2013 (UTC) | ::Alright. :::Yeah because it is based off of IVs. If they match up, it will be shiny. This way you can trade it between Gen I and Gen II games without losing shininess Nuckles123 (talk) 06:19, 27 May 2013 (UTC) | :::Yeah because it is based off of IVs. It seems to me that quite a large portion of Water type Pokémon are purple/pink in their shiny colouration; and a large portion of all purple/pink shiny Pokémon are water types. Should this be added to the Trivia? |
