I believe the nature is set upon your first encounter with the Shadow Pokémon, not when it is snagged.  For example, I defeated Snattle's Lunatone, which sent it to Miror B.  I then used soft resetting to attempt to capture one of the nature I desired, but all three times I tried the nature remained the same.  Could someone double-check this, please?--[[User:JacobCrystal|JacobCrystal]] 17:11, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

:I can confirm that it's upon meeting the Pokemon, rather than when catching them. Everything is set in stone the moment they're sent out into battle. Your Shadow List will record any Pokemon's Gender that you see, so everything else is set at that point.--[[User:Purimpopoie|Purimpopoie]] 17:27, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
