:Interestingly enough, Here in Hamilton, Ontario, we have had WB ever since pokemon debuted pretty much, and nothing like what you explained happened over here. Right now, I have a dish network satteleite system and can get Cartoon network. Just incase a storm comes, I have basic cable package from cogeco cable so I am able to get YTV as well. I have never seen this happen on both my cable provider and my dish, so long story short, the WB problem must have been very localized from where you live.
