:It is not. No generation has a Pokémon with index number 000. However, if you hack the game it is possible to force that data to be loaded, which gives you a glitch Pokémon. ::Okay, I changed the trivia. However, are you sure there's a 000 glitch Pokemon in Generation VI? If there was, it would be on Bulbapedia by now. I'm just not sure that there ISN'T.
