:Helping Hand does nothing to the user. Rage Powder and Follow Me do nothing to allies; if an opponent (even a non-adjacent one) uses a move that could target the "center of attention" Pokémon, it will hit it. Ally Switch in fact affects only a non-adjacent ally, not an adjacent one.
