As soon as Terapagos assumes its Stellar Form, it will immediately neutralize [[weather]] and [[terrain]] effects.

Moves or Abilities like {{m|Gastro Acid}} and {{a|Neutralizing Gas}} that suppress Abilities will suppress Teraform Zero. Teraform Zero can also be replaced by other Abilities through {{m|Entrainment}}, {{m|Worry Seed}}, or {{m|Doodle}}. Making [[contact]] with a target that has {{a|Mummy}}, {{a|Wandering Spirit}}, or {{a|Lingering Aroma}} as their Ability will change Teraform Zero to that Ability. It cannot be copied with {{a|Trace}} or {{m|Role Play}}, nor obtained with {{m|Skill Swap}}, {{a|Power of Alchemy}}, or {{a|Receiver}}.

Due to how overworld weather works in [[Generation IX]], Teraform Zero will fail to protect from its effects.
